Welcome to Football Diary (“Football Diary”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Football Diary mobile application (the “App”) and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Football Diary is a mobile reflection and self-development application for football players. The App enables users to:
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Football Diary for your personal, non-commercial use.
For users downloading the App through Apple’s App Store, this license is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as otherwise permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may also be accessed by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where permitted by Apple.

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings.
Football Diary offers:
Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the subscription expires.
Subscriptions may be managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google.
For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) paid for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
You retain ownership of all content you create within Football Diary.
This includes:
Most of your data remains stored locally on your device.
When you request an AI-generated report, you authorize us to process only the relevant anonymised information necessary to generate the report using our servers and trusted third-party AI providers.
Football Diary includes tools for tracking fitness, sleep, recovery and injury rehabilitation.
You agree not to:
Football Diary is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App where required by applicable law.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services.
Except where prohibited by law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Diary is solely responsible for any warranties applicable to the App.
Football Diary, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Football Diary and protected by intellectual property laws.
If any third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, Football Diary—not Apple—is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and resolving such claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Football Diary shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party agreements when using the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
